Refund policy

At Desert Roots Nursery, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and, where applicable, accompanied by proof of purchase. Live plants must be returned in healthy, resalable condition.

Please contact us within 30 days to begin the return process. Once your return is approved and received, we’ll provide a refund according to the original payment method.
